Chicken & Aubergine / Eggplant Goulash

WHAT IS GOULASH?

Goulash is a traditional Hungarian dish made with meat and vegetables, and seasoned with paprika (and other spices). It’s a sort of stew, which usually is made with beef, but it can of course be adapted to one’s taste.

The most popular vegetables for goulash are onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes, but root vegetables like potatoes may be added as well.

As promised, this dish can be ready in about 30 minutes, and the ingredients used are the everyday ingredients that we use in the kitchen. Nothing fancy, but super tasty.!!
