Hi, I’m Kim Fisher — Certified Spiritual Counselor, Life & Longevity Mentor, and Personal Trainer. For over four decades, I’ve helped midlife women and men reinvent what’s possible for their bodies, minds, and spirits.

I believe midlife isn’t a decline — it’s a doorway.
Through a blend of modern science, mindful movement, spiritual practice, and radical self-respect, I guide you back to your strongest, steadiest self — the version of you that feels deeply alive, resilient, and beautifully ageless.

Diva Over Fifty isn’t a boot camp. It’s not a starvation diet. It’s not another quick-fix promise.

Take what serves you. If you crave more, take more. If you need to pause and soften during holidays or travels, do that without guilt. There’s only one you — and no one plan fits every body or every season.

You don’t need to spend hours at the gym or live on kale to feel ageless.
Start small. Start real. Start today. Ten minutes of daily movement, one tiny shift in what’s on your plate — these micro-changes ripple outward.

Science tells us this: small, steady steps rewire your brain, rebuild your body, and restore your trust in yourself.

Try this:
• Walk a mile each day — outside if you can; sunlight on your skin is medicine too.
