Diva Over Fifty isn’t a boot camp, a starvation diet, or gimmick.
It’s about your choices and your program customized for your life.
Take as much as you want.
If you want more, take it.
If you want to scale back during holidays and vacations, do it.
There’s only one “you” and no program fits everyone.
You don’t need to dedicate your life to exercise, or limit your diet to tofu and kale, to be a Diva Over Fifty. Start small, with the important thing being to start. Even ten minutes per day, plus minor changes in diet, can make a big difference in how you look and feel.
Here’s an example:
Walk a mile each day
Cut out one or two bad meal choices each week
Maybe limit dessert to a half portion, or to every other day.
Or cut bread and pasta to half servings every other day.
The more you engage in the program the greater the reward. One simple choice, which many overlook, is to simply eliminate things you won’t miss. For some that may be eliminating red meat or cheese. For others, it may be eliminating candy or ice cream. If they’re bad choices and you won’t miss them, eliminate them.
