First of all ..Turmeric is all about its  anti inflammatory properties which makes it great for helping with muscle aches, memory loss ..brain fog- all those feelings from Birthday Celebrations!!

Several studies show that it has powerful benefits for your body and brain. What is turmeric?….. It’s that spice responsible for the yellow color of curry. We’ve all probably seen or tasted it. It has been used in India as a medicine and spice for thousands of years.

Medical science has only recently confirmed what the Indian people have known for years – that turmeric has powerful medicinal properties. Turmeric has proven useful in combating inflammation, free radicals, brain decline, heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, depression, and premature aging. So, it aligns perfectly in my quest to becoming ageless!

Here are just a few benefits of ginger we found backed by research.

Here are a couple simple, basic recipes that you can challenge yourself to incorporate into your daily or weekly routine.

Carrot Juice Elixir 

SERVES 1-2

6 organic Carrots 

1 red apple 

2 inches of peeled ginger 

2 inches of peeled turmeric 

1 fresh squeezed lemon 

1 fresh squeezed lime 

Shake of black pepper 

Run the first 4 ingredients through a high-speed juicer. Add the squeezed lemon and lime with a shake of pepper. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.


Ginger Turmeric Shot!!

 SERVES 1

1 inch ginger root -peeled 

1 inch turner root -peeled 

1/2 small red apple

 Run these 3 ingredients through the juicer.

Then dashed it with a black pepper shake (this enhances the turmeric) 

This combo makes a potent mix of compounds that are anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants.

Plus, it’s a quick shot that will help fight inflammation, the cold, flu & virus away!


Easy Green Juice 

SERVES 1-2

1 head of celery, stalks separated

1 large apple, sliced

1 lemon

½ bunch parsley or cilantro

Run all the ingredients through a high-speed juicer. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

This green juice is clean and sweet, making it an easy way to get in an extra dose of greens. It’s the perfect way to start off any morning.
