10 Day Diva Detox Dash Challenge
Here is a 10 Day plan.
To jump start you and you can do it! Anything we set our mind and spirit to do ..is attainable! This is not meant to be a lifestyle way of eating yet it is close to 80% of what I choose to eat most days.
đźš«Cut out starchy carbs - bread, rice, pasta..potatoes.
đźš«Cut out dairy - mainly because milk contains the sugar lactose.
đźš«Eliminate alcohol
đźš«No sweets or snacks that are high in -empty calories or anything that has added sugars.
đźš«Say No to almost all fats - exception-you can eat a couple of teaspoons of olive oil or a few almonds (7 is a serving) or a 1/4 of avocado.
âś…Load up on plenty of lean protein - chicken breast, lean turkey, tuna and lean pork if you are on a plant base lifestyle substitute your protein sources.
âś…Limit your amount of coffee - 1-2 cups a day...as much green tea as you like
âś…Drink plenty of water
âś…I highly recommend getting in at least 30 minutes of movement a day for these 10 days. Movement is a key component of becoming ageless. Hence the DASH .. getting something done that elevates your pulse.. lifting weights (most effective) ..fast walk .. run .. dance .. hike .. yoga .. spin.. bike ride.
What I try to do:
Every time I finish the detox .. it’s validation that you are what you eat. As basic as that!! .. we all need reminders that we have control over our choices.
Doesn’t make the struggle any less real.
There are times when you need to give yourself grace .. and other times when ... you’re focused on a goal.

It’s about your choices and your program customized for your life.
Take as much as you want.
If you want more, take it.
If you want to scale back during holidays and vacations, do it.
There’s only one “you” and no program fits everyone.
