Home Workout With Bands

Bands are my favorite both inside and out of the gym so if you don’t have any I highly suggest ordering and keeping them on hand!

Price range is less than $15 on Amazon for a set of Elastic Bands. For Non Slip (Option) Bands they range closer to $20.

This home workout is short and sweet and can be modified.. it’s all about movement to keep you joyous and your immune system in top shape!! 

Exercise Tip:Remember to sit back into your heels when squatting and act like your spreading the floor with your knees to keep them from going inward!

Diva Routine

Each exercise is being done for time! 45 seconds of work followed by 15 sec rest! This is only 10 min total and absolutely BURNS!! ☠️ Repeat for 2 rounds!.

Squat Step out to Squat or Squat Jump x 45 Seconds REST 15 Seconds

Squat to Alternating Oblique Twist x 45 Seconds Rest 15 Seconds

Squat step out to step back LEFT leg (w band) x 45 Seconds REST 15 Seconds

Squat step out to step back RIGHT leg (w band) x 45 Seconds REST 15 Seconds

Curtsy Lunges alternating sides 45 Seconds REST 15 Seconds
